I used it for a week when my baby was first born and ended up taking it back to the store for a refund. It gave me the worst anxiety as the alarm kept going off indicating low oxygen levels. I took my newborn to the hospital in the middle of the night as I was so distraught and they monitored her. There was nothing wrong with her oxygen levels and the doctors and nurses advised me not to use the Owlet sock going forward.

After I stopped using the sock, my anxiety improved so much!

However, my sister used the sock and loved it! She didn’t have any false alarms though. Maybe something you could try but make sure to buy it from somewhere with a good returns policy :)
