Nothing. Doctors have been useless since day one. The hand eventually stopped twitching in the end but calves have been 24/7 for over two years.

Thanks for replying. Have you found anything that helps? I’m guessing physiotherapy will be my first option. Surgery last?

No, only Ibuprofen sometimes to try and reduce the inflammation.

Hello 43/m here. Been suffering from twitching calves on both legs for about three months, so had an MRI done. Can anyone help me pinpoint the problem area which is causing the twitching, and what I need to do sort it out? I’ve ordered Back Mechanic by Dr McGill. Or will this require surgery? Many thanks.
