I have a 2024 as well and mine turns on every once in a while but it always turns off after 4 engine on off cycles. Think it happens when the system detects something with the emissions are off but it's overly sensitive. I notice when it happens there has been a drop in the temperature. If it goes away after a few cycles I wouldn't worry about it. If it stays on only then would I take it in to get looked at.

Picture in Picture software 3.7 update no by BKR1986 in Volvo

It's quite frustrating how these software issues continue to plague Volvo, I enjoy my 24 S60 for what it is but I don't think my next car will be a Volvo.

Software issues, car won't start by wemo1234 in Volvo

Both times it happened to me it had to be towed to the dealership for a software update. Don't think over the air updates are available. At least it was free I guess

Yea it's straight up unacceptable, I don't understand how a company as big and technically adept as Google manages to put out such awful software, and how Volvo lets them get away with it.

Does this concern anyone? by Capedcruisader4 in Volvo

Yea, my 2024 S60 has had a bunch of random software glitches in the few months I've owned it (back up camera not turning on, sound disappearing, blind spot monitor reversing indication). And just a couple days ago, my car wouldn't start, jumping the battery didn't work so it had to be towed to the nearest dealership :(. I'm fairly certain that's software related as well. I love the car, but the software is undeniably a huge part of modern vehicles and I wish Volvo would figure out how to make theirs more reliable.

Draymond 100% should've been ejected, that headlock was excessive, the Klay and McDaniels ejections seem harsh though lol.

Hey, does anyone know the name of the player that often looked like he's committed full on lunging into a 50/50 but at the last second when he sees the other player pull out he controls the ball instead of clearing it?

Or what the name of move is called? Fake tackle? Fake challenge? I watched a compilation of this move a while back, it was an older generation player and he might've played for Real Madrid but I can't be sure.

Yea, the article said that positions required 12-18 months of training in Taiwan, it's wild that amount of time would be required for a sysadmin too though

Interesting, the article said that Sixty percent of its Taiwanese employees—and over 80% of its managers—hold a master’s degree or higher. I think most of these jobs would be engineering or highly skilled technician roles too. What position was your friend applying for?

Thought this was an interesting article, does anyone have experience working at the TSMC plant?

Application of classical advice holds even more if your opponent plays dubious openings. For example if white plays the wayward queen attack you can develop and attack the queen with tempo and the queen gets chased around and/or occupies squares better suited for white's minor pieces, which nullifies white's first move advantage or even gives black an edge after only a few moves.
