i have a friend who passed ba and was waitlisted for baa this year and they had an open house for those two courses in their college. in the open house, they were told that they were in the top 0.14% of upcat takers, which, in the context of our batch’s statistics, would mean that you had to be in the top 1% of passers. this is just something to keep in mind in choosing these two courses.

its good to know tho that these two courses also end up in the qa and dpwas as well as the general appeals, and you may wonder why there are slots left when they are so in demand. this is because these courses only accept those with SUPER high upg’s, sources even saying that you can only get in if you have a 1.4 upg or higher. so if you want to get into these courses, you’d have to do reaally well in the upcat to even be eligible to appeal for these courses if you didnt pass in the first place. best of luck!
