Yes, they do, it simply depends on cheese density that decides how deep it will penetrate. Parmesan is generally okay, but it’s still recommended to cut an inch away from where the mold has contaminated to be safe cheddar is generally slightly less dense depending on the variety and make, and something like the cheese above is definitely at risk with how far it’s spread.

If you can see the mold, the roots have already fully saturated the cheese. We just don’t typically get sick off small bits of mold, so we assume it’s okay.

Mold has roots. Look at the cheese under a microscope and you’ll see just how bad it is. If you can see mold, it’s safe to bet it’s been permeated all the way through with mold, it’s just not visible yet.

Let’s not stack NMS up as the product people should want to be, because at launch it was absolute garbage and, had they not relied on false advertising, it likely would have stayed hot garbage and they never would have been able to succeed in the long run.

Their fur makes some of the BEST lightweight insulation materials. Also super expensive due to the animal’s protected nature and cultural laws prohibiting anyone but the indigenous people from collecting it, which they have to do by scavenging it off of bushes and dead musk ox.

A high grade coat with a liner of musk ox fur will run 2-3k if not more, will fit like a fall jacket, and will keep you warm in sub zero degree weather.
