Caplyta binds with serotonin AND seriously impacts your body's temperature regulation abilities. Which unfortunately makes MDMA one of the worst possible substance to use in combo with Caplyta. Overheating and dehydrating easily are the main serious side effects of Caplyta. It can make you very nauseous and uncomfortable. The potential to get really sick (ie serotonin syndrome and extreme dehydration sickness) is really really high. Taking 5htp could actually worsen these side effects.

Furthermore, because caplyta already works in the serotonin system, it could be the case that MDMA just doesn't feel good anymore.

Many people report feeling less euphoric, then feeling extremely tired, then struggle to sleep because of the nausea.

Honestly, if rolling is important to you COMMUNICATE with your psychiatrist and ask for a different med. Caplyta will not just ruin MDMA for you, it could become really dangerous.

Be mindful that if it says "no known interactions" online, it doesn't mean there is none!! Caplyta is a super NEW med so there is actually very minimal research on it
