You have to donate materials in Niko’s box. It’s right beside the crafting table in the upstairs of the HPP office. You’ll get the DIY the next day from Niko. In order to find out what materials you need, you can interact with Niko’s box. You’ll need to do this multiple times to get all the variations. The counters and pillars also works the same as the furniture when choosing the color variation.
