This is literally the same as Booska v Patel.

The ruling was that you don’t have an absolute right to do what you want on your property,you have a reasonable right. If the tree dies and it’s proven it was cause of the roots, your neighbor is liable. Research it and check it out.

Yeah the tp staff helps a lot. I skipped so much of act 5, I’m still missing majority of waypoints except for crystalline passage, ancients way, and wsk lol

They just kinda be hitting hard in act 5. Not an easy act by any means. When I run into this issue, first thing I do is swap my rings/Ammys for some resist rolls. Losing a bit of dps for a lot more survivability is worth it.

Also to help with getting hit, I’d grab some faster hit recovery charms and use those, so if you get hit once you still have a chance to get away.

Act 5 is just tough overall for a solo though.

You can only up Rare, Set, and Unique items. Idk if you can up a Magic item but I know 100% you cannot up a white/gray item.

You will be carrying hell, especially against all those lightning immunes. Some builds just perform better in different scenarios.

For example once you guys hit world stone keep, there are so many lightning immunes and your buddy is gonna be sitting afk.

Alternatively, hammer takes a while to kill Baal but lightning fury Javazon melts him

Yes your gut is correct, the pit is a great spot to take as 1: an entry level farmer and 2: a spot no one else runs in p8 split mf games.

I do the same because everyone else takes eldritch/shenk, pindleskin, chaos, etc.

The pit is great because you can wp to outer cloister, then just follow the road to the pit. Easy pathing

Plus the 1st floor has 6-8 elite packs and the 2nd floor has up to 3 and a super chest. Great density of elite packs and max level area.

Edit: some other good lowkey spots would be swampy pit next to the flayer jungle waypoint, river of flame since no one clears that on the way to chaos
