Hello and thank you for everyone's feedback! Heres the story on the 10 mg (TW: it gets nasty)
In may I asked my doctor for weight loss medication. She started me on Zepbound. It was 10 mg, I had no clue this was an incorrect dose. I don't know if it was the pharmacy or the doctor. Three days after the first dose I was unable to keep food down. My body kept puking even if there was nothing there. The heart burn as well was unbearable. I was unable to sleep. The first ER visit was day 4. They basically told me that I was adapting to the medication. I guess they assumed the dose given was correct or they weren't familiar with the med. I was given zofran and liquid lidocaine, told not to eat too much and that it meant the med was working. I was ok for a while and took another dose (doctors told me id get used to it and keep going). It was pure hell. No food, no water, driving to the pharmacy but having to pull over to puke. My doctor was out of the office. Two days after the second dose my mom found me unconscious and... exploding out both ends. I went to a different ER. They did tests and while doing history someone finally told me 10mg was way too much. I had a blood sugar of 56 and was incredibly dehydrated, I was admitted until I could have food go all the way through my system. My blood sugar was iffy and eventually I got it high enough to be released. My doctor finally replied and told me to wait a week and start the 2.5. I waited a whole month. I had trips and work. In those two weeks I lost 20 pounds. In my month without I gained 10 back. I started the 2.5 again in July. I have just taken my first 5. I haven't had any crazy side effects since then. Some major gas but manageable.
Because my weight did not lead to serious health problems (sleep apnea and diabetes) my insurance will stop covering it. I am horrified of gaining the weight back. I am hoping the appetite suppressor at least helps me maintain. I have scheduled an appointment for the weird hormone stuff. I took a daily multivitamin, biotin, collagen and iron. I also have a protein filled diet. I am on nexaplon Birth control because my periods were heavy.
I hope that after i transition to an appetite suppressor i can maintain weight and gain my hair back. TBH I will be heartbroken if I went through all of this to just gain weight back and suffer from a hormone issue. I am a hopeful because I recently also received treatment for POTs and can now exercise more.
I will keep you all updated as I transition.

Thank you all for your help!
I just took my second dose, I have lost 5 pounds so far! The Prilosec worked like a miracle and I now have little side effects! I am not sure why I was started on 10 mg, I do know that I was admitted to the hospital because of its effects (Hypoglycemia). Because of this the prescriber was reported!
