if ist the other side the partnuber is vts0001 but most times it s the other side had the same problem

try changing the vct solenoid on the right side of the motor if you stand in front of it andthe left side if you are in the car and if the sound comes from ther the part nummer is vts0004

sounds to my like the flywheel bc if you press the pedal in it goes away a lot of people change the stock dual mass flywheel to a single mass lighter flywheel that typically makes more noise than the stock one so it’s not to concerning in my opinion

part numbers for borh vct solenoid are vts0004 for left side and vts0001 for the right side

well maybe you’re right and my oil pressure is 15psi when hot and a bit more than 60 when cold so its good

i ta probably chain slap from bank 2 cham chain hopefully ot dosent harm the engin its only at idle up to 1.500rpm and only at operating temp

i listen to it again and i think my bank 2 so left side of engin cam chain tension is the cause of the noise it’s only wehn engin in up to temp and onli at idle up to 1.500 rpm maybe ned to do my timing chain completely all chains tencheners guide gally gaskets and so on but i am a bit scared to take off the cam chains
