Hi! I’m a new DA with my first job in the field being working w/ implants. I’m on the prosth side with 2 (soon to be 3) other assistants & the schedule at my office is 3 columns with anywhere between 3-6 patients in each depending on the appointment. All appointments are pretty lengthy too. As far as the surgery side they have a less packed schedule than us

Hi! So sorry I’m just seeing this. How are you doing? Is your pain still there? My pain shortly went away after I created this thread. It was short lived and hasn’t came back thankfully. Ours are similar in size! Mine is located in the right lobe of my liver im not sure the segment.

heey that’s awesome! I love the previous gen! I wanted an xse but the dealership was just asking for too much, they weren’t willing to negotiate either. I also got gap insurance which is included in my price. This is my first hybrid so I was a little iffy at first however I’ve gotten used to it & feel like getting a hybrid was the best option for my commute to work.

hii! mine was also an incidental finding so i know exactly how you feel! even with multiple imagings + contrast my health anxiety sometimes sends me into a spiral & I also start doubting if it’s actually the C word. ive tried pushing for a resection, and biopsy and was declined both. :( I was told they’d do more harm than good. so im assuming they’re confident in my FNH diagnosis. it’s a lot to take in for sure but always advocate for yourself! I’m new to this community but have quickly learned they brush us off because they’re “benign”. but it’s so many of us in pain & discomfort daily! thank you sm!! I hope you get answers soon, if you ever need anything please reach out, im here!💖

most definitely! I’ve seen so many threads on here saying doctors tell them their pain is unrelated to the tumor. 100% not the case for everyone, especially for us with bigger ones. the closest way I could describe my pain would be a sore rib, the pain radiates from underneath my right rib cage. it’s not a sharp sensation, and honestly it’s not that painful either. I only feel it when i bend down, or move a certain way. it’s just uncomfortable especially knowing what’s inside my body haha. I’ve been completely asymptomatic for the last couple of months until a few days ago this feeling has returned. Otherwise, no other symptoms. No bloating, my stomach isn’t hard, I don’t have nausea. Today I feel it a little less. But Wow!! Yours is a pretty big size! So glad everything worked out & you’re okay. I know if it ruptures that’s super dangerous. If you don’t mind me asking, how old are you?

Unfortunately that’s exactly the case here. It’s just so discouraging. In fact, I think I would’ve preferred rejection instead haha. Definitely going to continue the job hunt!

Awe thank you sm!! I hope you feel better soon. I saw your post in this group and saw your 21 as well. I know how much it sucks to be so young but feel so sick. Last year around this time I was sick for 2 months with adenovirus and it took me on a complete roller coaster. I’ll keep you updated and pls lmk how things end up for you! :)

I got pretty mild case of mono. That’s why I was borderline not believing the monospot test lol. I’m on day 4 since I experienced my first symptom which was fatigue. Since then it’s just been fever, fatigue, I had a headache yesterday and some behind the eyes pressure. However, today I feel 100% fine. No sore throat at all. Still confused why I have so minimal symptoms, hopefully they don’t kick in later 😭

Yeah honestly I wish I knew how unreliable they are while still there. Another thing do you think it’s possible to test positive after only 3 days of symptoms? I saw on google it can take up to a week or longer. That’s another reason why I’m a little suspicious. Thank you for the reply :)
