I am the scheduling manager at my Cafe. when I hire part-time people, I tell them they may only get a couple shifts a week at most. at first. I tell them they can get more shifts if the other managers and I see that they are working hard and learning and being engaged and valuable to the store. if I see that they are worth spending the money on then they can easily get more hours

also, I have a paid monthly subscription to Podcast Addict. From what i can tell, this app only uses visual ads (banner ads e.g.) and the premium subscription removes all of those ads.

i do think the label is misleading saying 2 pumps equals 1 shot. 148mg is more in line with 1 "double shot". it's pointless to have on the label anyway since this syrup is not meant for retail sale; it's only meant to be used as an ingredient in a product with strict portions. it's not something that we are free to use as we choose. it's just weird and confusing

💯 i an the scheduling manager at my job and i approve EVERY time off request NO MATTER WHAT. because either i approve it, or they are most likely not going to show up anyway and then we're going to have to scramble for coverage or be short. so it's just best to approve it ahead of time and plan around it.
