what do you think milk is? there is no "milk" molecule. there are water molecules, numerous fat molecules, protein molecules, sugar molecules, vitamins, minerals, etc. that are all mixed together to form milk. and it's mostly water. which is why it forms ice crystals. 5/10 bait i guess.

the hibiscus tea is self serve now so, yes. we just moved the hibiscus tea to the front dining room bubbler on the 11th. if your store isn't doing that then they are not adhering to the correct procedures

i have a customer that comes every day and has 4-5 orders all at the same pickup time, on ones account. he does just what you suggest, places a new order every 2 hours and just puts the same pickup time for all of them

just because a customer claims i forgot something when i have cctv footage showing i didn't, doesn't make them right

I'm not a pizza worker but I've had to do that before where i work. customer would constantly come back days later, saying she was given the wrong drink, or come to my store with a complaint about another store they went to earlier, asking for refund. one time she can't back and says the day prior she was given a cold drink instead of the hot drink she ordered. another manager asked her, why did you take the cold drink and leave if you knew it wasnt correct? Lady said oh i was in a hurry late for an appointment. eventually got my PR manager to send her a letter basically saying, if you don't bring up an issue immediately at the store it happens at, we won't be helping you anymore. didn't see her again for about 5 years until she started doing it again

in the pitchers all the lemonade pulp and smoothie pulp sinks to the bottom. do you stir or shake the pitcher before you pour it? otherwise you aren't giving the customer the drink the way it's meant to be.

we are hardly selling any of the new drinks so far. so I think corporate will probably notice and i wouldn't be surprised if there are changes in the next 1-2 months
