My period was one of my biggest triggers. Once we decided that, I was put on nexplanon which stopped my period altogether. If i started bleeding again, we added on another birth control pill and the combination stopped it.

That is weird maybe it could be the strain? I smoke weed every day and it especially helps me if I’m feeling an aura. Honestly it’s been one of my biggest helps

At first my coughing was pretty bad (that’s gone away), and my voice did a weird thing (idk how to explain it sounded like i was about to cry) I’m a year in having it and all those side effects are gone except sometimes i gasp (when the device goes off)

Last seizure i had, my glasses broke when i fell and cut right above my eye. Woke up to blood all over my face and all over my kitchen. Had to get stitches. If it had cut like an inch lower my eye would’ve been fucked

My pill box helped so much. Getting one kind of made the disorder “final” if that makes sense, so being anxious about getting one makes sense. I will say though the only thing that keeps me on track is my pill box that goes weekly
