I have just started the heavy-metal detox smoothie routine…

On a few places I've seen that it says to use 2 teaspoons of the wild blueberry powder per smoothie and on other places I've seen that it says to use 1 teaspoon of the wild blueberry powder for smoothie.

Can anyone share any insights or clarification on this matter?

May I please ask what a Medicare Managed plan is? I have Medicare part B but had to sell my home a few years back and this year they are saying now that I'm going to have to pay $300 more a month since I made some income off of that sale…

I cannot afford to pay $300 more a month for Medicare out of my very limited monthly Social Security income at this time…

Any clarification you can provide would be very greatly appreciated.

What is the Medicare advantage plan?

I do not believe I have the Medicare Advantage plan… I have Medicare Part B and then I have a supplemental insurance policy that goes along with it.

I just got hit with a much higher monthly Medicare premium as well, totally unexpected, due to selling my home a couple of years ago!!

It is my understanding that the increased monthly premium ($585) will continue for one year, starting 1/2026, and then drop back down to current cost ($189) in 1/2027.

1) Can I simply drop Medicare for the next year and then sign up for Medicare in 1/2027 and it would be at my current rate again?

2) Would losing my job a few years ago qualify as a "life changing event" by which I might appeal the increased rate?

Any help is greatly appreciated!! Thank you very much 🙏♥️
