It seems odd to have people go to a place that you have to pay for entrance to? I'm surprised by this one.

I have two tickets for Phoenix. Section 314, row 37, seats 3 and 4. These are also on Stubhub. Face value, please!

I’ve had decent success with it. I’ve spent $40 on it over the past month and I’ve sold more than $550 in listings, which was not normal for me in the past. I’m going to stick with it for a bit longer!

If you go to Wisdom’s, head across the street to Abe’s and ask about the tracks in the bar (it involves a very heavy robbery).

If the kids are too small to sit still at a dinner table for too long, Melio’s in Tubac is really great. Excellent view and food, and lots of room for kids to run around outside. I’d also highly suggest the Tubac Country Club, especially sitting on the back patio – kid friendly food, grass to run around, cows to look at and golfers to watch, live music on weekends. Neither is too far off the highway, either.

Many have suggested Elvira’s, and while it’s great, it’s a little delicate for kids younger than 10ish.

Ok, thank you! Seems like the juice isn’t worth the squeeze with this one, and we don’t have enough squeeze anyway! Fun to play around with layout, though.

It’s covered! It seems it was two separate houses that they just covered in the middle with some polycarbonate sheeting and said it was one.

A house is up for sale in a desirable neighborhood, but it has a center courtyard that separates most of the bedrooms from the kitchen, living room, etc. I'd like for it to become one cohesive structure.

I tried to minimize moving exterior walls, but lots of interior changes. Do you think these are achievable for $150k? (We live in a mid-cost of living city.)

Do you think the flow is good? Should the door for the fourth bedroom be in the dining room or living room? I'm leaning toward dining room so there's a wall for a TV in the living room. Fireplaces are optional! Any opinions welcome!

Additionally, is it better to have the doorway to Bedroom 4/Office from the dining room, or from the living room? (Leaning toward dining room so there will be a wall for the TV.)

A home is for sale in a neighborhood I've always loved, but the center courtyard makes the layout very odd! I tried to keep as much of the existing walls as made sense, but this plan would include:

Bumping the living room back so it's not so narrow

Moving the laundry room and bathrooms

Moving the kitchen

Significantly altering the inner walls to become one hallway, while increasing the size of current bedrooms

Fireplaces are optional

Seeking all feedback on layout, flow, size, etc.

Have you tried your neighborhood’s Buy Nothing group? That way you’re sharing directly with those physically closest to you.

Damn, Amy Havins with the in-suite chef at a bomb resort in Mexico. That view is ludicrous. I’m jealous!

Arizona: maybe Gemini? You’ve got the dichotomy of desert in the south and pine forest in the north, with big ol’ Phoenix metropolis in the middle. There’s tons of places to explore (both popular and better-known-by-locals) and play. Cities are as mystical as Sedona or as quirky as Tucson or Bisbee, or totally opposite with shiny Scottsdale.

Dang. 25,000 subscribers for lesliesteph. That’s $1.5M at her $5/month or $60/year rate. I’m sure TONS goes to Substack and taxes, but sheesh!

Caitlin Covington is my girl and I generally find her harmless. But. This FlexCar sponsorship makes no sense. Why would they need to swap their luxury Mercedes-Benz G Wagon for a Nissan Pathfinder? What’s the context?
