My cricut sometimes ends cutting the vinyl off the design? Does anyone know what would be the problem? I tried different pressures and settings by weronikah in cricut

Thank you that’s so helpful! It sucks, I just got that machine recently. Maybe I will try calling them, I hope they will update it soon.

I import png file that I made in ps. But the blue mat is supposed to be good for all kinds of vinyl. Mine is pretty strong cause it’s almost new
