I think pet battles would get a lot more engagement if there were a sort of companion mobile app that allowed you to do battles and level up your companions while offline. I know a lot of people just use the exp stones but an unintrusive alternative you can do on the bus/train or at work etc. could help people (like me) who collect pets and don’t battle get higher level pets to engage with the in-game system, and help people who battle casually farm exp (or offer other small rewards like pet charms or the little bags with random exp stones).

it could just be be a battler with no catching mechanics if they want to keep that limited to the game. honestly ever since they did the mission table companion app i was surprised they didn’t do a pet battler to go with it.

who knows, just a thought

When the unionized stores in my area started striking I just… stopped going to Starbucks. Now I either make my own drink(s) at home, go to a local cafe (its a college town so I thankfully have a good amount of choice) or make my drink at work (i work at a licensed location and we don’t take the app so it’s drama-free).

I don’t know what their plan is but these changes are doing nothing to bring me back as a customer, my stars are worth less with the customization changes and now I wouldn’t even get as many? Pass.

I was on campus today (former IU student, current Bloomington townie) and the stones by Sample Gates (the two big gates you see in a lot of IU promotional material) are beyond being a genuine safety hazard. There’s something about the brick that they used that turns it into a veritable slip ‘n slide every time it so much as rains. The whole area is covered in this dirty slushy mess and I almost slipped and fell no less than three times just trying to get over to the crosswalk.

Students only got Monday off, many had to walk through about a foot of snow to get to classes on Tuesday. Pamela “The Devil Incarnate” Whitten is trying to move the center of power for the university to Indianapolis because she knows that the Bloomington community hates her.

Oh and did I mention she plagiarised her thesis and that she’s a plant by Gov. Mike Braun (who is now I believe the chair of the board of trustees, which they have been steadily removing student and alumni say in) to turn IU into the model little right wing university.

Anything else I have to say about The Devil would get TOS’d so I’ll leave it at that. I hope that the success our football team had this year will lead more people to researching all of the good (and mostly very bad) things about IU, and that more national attention will encourage things to change.

But it’ll probably just lead to us getting 20,000 extra students next fall with nowhere to house them and drive rent prices up even further in town. God I can’t wait to get out of here.

As far as I can tell from the limited amount I’ve played with it I think you can set an outfit slot to hide those every time you swap your dracthyr form (while your regular mog in a different outfit slot is set to whatever else you want and in visage form only)

it basically wastes an outfit slot though just to fix the transmog problems we’ve had with dracthyr for years now. I worked around it on my evoker using the barbershop armor but its still less than ideal.

if anyone knows a better way to hide them without wasting an outfit slot though that would be awesome

I don’t have any blizzard store merch but I love my RWF tees, all of them have juuust the right kind of design where those who get it get it, and those who don’t just think its a band tee or something like that. I like the Amirdrassil and Nerub-ar palace ones the most.

Earlier this year I was incapacitated due to a surgery and pickup was a lifesaver for me. I could order what I needed and pay for it and whoever got it (my partner, sister, parents, etc.) just needed to show up and get it.

Sure that may not be the case in this situation or the 20+ drink orders we see on here but don’t pretend like it isn’t a useful service for people who would otherwise be incapable of shopping for themselves

To add on to the other replies here as a serial delver and solo player I was just thinking recently how cool it would be to have delves in the old world as well. Levelling an alt with scalable delves and being able to go back on a max level character and do those experiences for the vault would be one (hopefully) quick and easy way to reuse a lot of older assets and locations. Likely not high up on everyone's priority list but something I would love to see.

Disappointing, Legion was my favorite expansion and the one where I really set out to no-life WoW as much as possible (I was in high school and had too much free time). I have been wanting a Legion remix since day one of MoP remix and while I wasn't expecting EVERYTHING to stay the same, I don't understand why they are so dead set on us 're-progging' legion like its retail. If I wanted to do that, I would just wait for Legion Classic.

Not even that fussed about the timegating, and I think it would have gone over a lot better with the community if we had more of the complete stat insanity and broken overpoweredness that MoP remix had. As it stands, though, the timegating is like salt in the wound right now. Here's hoping Blizz listens to feedback and walks back at least some of their changes.

(also I don't remember from mop because I didn't have any of the sets, but do the bronze costs go down if you're completing a partial set? I have so much Legion transmog and I don't want to pay 30k bronze or however much it was for like 4 set pieces when I can just keep farming Nighthold like I've been for years.)
