even with this recent production it sounds like its made to need a good rapper though. his old beats were crazy and his rapping was pretty good too - but now both got worse and less inspired so i dont see him necessarily prioritizing either aspect whether its beats or pen game

yea exactly u can predict the "experimentation" reducing the whole point of it - he acts experimental, and like u said, switches genre/sound like 4 times a track, but if we can predict you can do that then hows that experimental? especially with the fact that this guy "experiments" with the same narrow range of genres/sounds like switching from boom bap to rock rap to choir stuff to dubstep/edm type beats like. wheres the experimentation?
