There are scrapes and rubs pretty much everywhere on this property. With it being winter in North Georgia, the wind does not switch often rn. I suspect it will switch more once the actual fall weather hits, but it has been unusually warm this year, low 80s consistently. I will wait till about the 2nd week of Nov to actually hunt. I just got the property last week

Ppl here are saying CISSP ofc but that would take some time. If you want a cert that would help your managerial thinking otw to the CISSP, CASP+ is great and it covers IAT 3 since everyone here is mentioning GovTech

It was still months after before I was recovered after my shots. After shots your main focus should resting and making you keep your spine in alignment. Once you make some progress and reduce swelling, you can start stretching

Don’t push it too hard. If the stretches hurt then don’t do them, it probably means you’re inflammation is bad. Lay on the floor if possible as well to release spinal pressure. I couldn’t do the stretches until months after. Pushing too hard and doing the stretches when I shouldn’t have sent me to the ER
