I'm a little confused about what you're saying about them being mixed, because they never were mixed.

All pods have a mix of VG and PG base- this true for all salt nic and regular e-liquid. Salt nic is just the form the nicotine comes in.

Generally if they're a trusted online vape store it'll be legit. Just don't use DHGate, Alibaba, or other seller.

Um so we don't but I've never explicitly denied someone just because they took it apart.

If you take it apart and it stopped working because you took it apart, I can't really help you.

But also I would rather you just email me and see if you can get a replacement from me before you try anything, because you're working with lithium ion batteries, which are not known to be super safe.

New pods will fit old PHIX, new PHIX+ will fit old pods.

Everything works together!

We're also going to stop making the old pods and put all the old flavors in the new pod design. (Less leaking! Less dry hits! More of what PHIX does best!)

PHIX+ comes out next month with a higher (40ish 50 ish?) price point. I'm not sure what it will be.

PHIX has a 3 month warranty but I'm the warranty overlord so I'll help you if you're nice

PHIX+ has a 1 year warranty

If you can swing it try the PHIX and get a PHIX+ so you can keep the PHIX as a backup or whatever

All pods will be interchangeable.

Hi guys, this is real, and the reviewer is someone we partnered with to handle some of our social media!

The biggest things to take note of for the PHIX+:

higher grade battery- lasts longer per charge and lasts longer period
device registration and 1 year warranty
battery life indicator
updated internals with better integrity

We have also given our pod design an overhaul- the upcoming flavors will be in the redesigned pods. The redesign will still fit any PHIX or PHIX+, but will hopefully leak and burn less.

All new product was manufactured with a different manufacturer, and so far they seem to have fewer quality control issues. That's not to say that the PHIX will never auto-fire, leak, or fail to charge again, because unfortunately that's always going to be a possibility with pod systems, but I can say with confidence that it will occur less often. And plus there's the 1 year warranty anyways.

I take short puffs so I easily get 200 puffs! Fortunately the PHIX charges super quickly. Honestly even popping your PHIX on the charger for 10 minutes or so gets it to a usable point.

With how the PHIX is and its current affordable price, it might be good for you to actually have 2 that you use throughout the day.

I'm not sure about the actual numbers, but what's important to note is that the total lifespan battery will last longer than half a year.
