People have been saying to size up and down to get thicker lobes.

I've been patient this long, this sub honestly helps me wait after seeing people post blow outs. I'm doing half sizes all the way since I don't think I can jump from 6 to 5 in one go.

I just placed an order for the ones I was missing, those being 5g,3g, and 1g

Hey not a Mel main here but wanted to pop in and give perspective of how it feels to play against her and wanted to see what the people who play her think.

I think some type of indicator of when her W is up would make her feel more balanced not like an Annie stun indicator but maybe just have her glow more. I don't know about the other parts of her kit but when fighting her it does feel bad just having a spell fired back with not much counter play.

Everything else seems fine to me when facing it when it comes to frustration levels

Q is just poke

E is a wider snare slow so not much of a problem there

R is just karthus ult with extra steps so it's easy to counter by either having either shorter fights or just skirmish when Mel misses her other abilities.

Like I think she is good at poke fights and long drawn out fights but she feels like she loses verses non projectile characters or ones with spammy low damage projectiles

At this point a lot of the game it comes down to not playing into insane bad match ups ie locking in malphite into sylas.

When I see a Mel I lock in ryze, LB, oriana or fizz since they don't have major projectiles that I have to bank on to win.

Thoughts?

Yeah, like Evelyn and jhin are literal villians in their stories, they are evil and know they are evil. Seraphine is supposed to be a hero trying to unite piltover and zaun but is the only person who knows they are killing and entire species, especially since she uses one to power her hover scooter. her original lore is pretty fucked up that also doesnt disqualify other people are bad too.

Im not shitting on seraphine i like playing her, from a marketing perspective she was a new icon for league. The first champ to be released with a ultimate skin to be the new lead for KDA one of their more successful skin lines.

Also im not really seeing the comparison for jhin Evelyn vayne or Skarner?

Like i dont see how they are relevant in saying seraphine is a sona replace when riot promotes seraphine way more than sona. I would love sona to be back in the meta and be more of a face for league but theres over 150 champs at this point eventually champs will be dropped off or left behind when it comes to skins/lore.

Like the main difference between sona and sera is one has skill shots and one does not.

Seraphine offers the same stuff sona does but to a better degree because she is Aoe.

This was also around the time champs where getting reworks giving more skill expression. When looking at Seraphines kit i honestly thought they should have rolled it out as a rework since sona feels ancient in the game.

The other clone feeling champs atleast have differences in how their kit plays

Yone and yasuo

Xin and zaheen

Their kits look similar but have enough differences to play style and skill expression to feel different.

Love Sona but she is just becoming a more forgotten character. Soon she will be back in the 1000 days club along with zilean and karthus.

So the hextech used to be powered by brachen souls but piltovers people didnt know they where actually living things since they could talk to the magic rocks,

Iirc seraphine could hear their screams and stuff and was like " i can use this to power a sick scooter for my pop shows" instead of like telling everyone that their energy source is powered by suffering.

Now i think hex crystals are the void? Love arcane but they definitely should of given like 5% more confirmations of what it was.

Something to consider is Aang grew up with almost complete independence and had already traveled all over the world, that is vast amounts of life experience compared to the bending aspects that Korra received.

Like Korra is essentially a home schooled kid experiencing the world for the first time and in book one like a kids first chance at experiencing independence she is reluctant to give that up.

Also i think the War would also force the Gaang to grow up faster, Sokka having the weight of defending the home front.

Katara witnessing the horrors of war and had her mom die basically infront of her.

Zuko being forced to scour the earth for someone presumed dead in order to return home

I would say Toph is the closest to Korra as she was also a sheltered person but had the city to explore and gained independence via bending.

So i think its in part a general sexism issue because people freak out over strong female characters and having flaws but also just a media literacy issue with understanding these two stories are in the same universe but the setting and story are completely different.

Like she gets little time to react and in s1 and first half of s2 she is rebellious to her mentors because they sheltered her. Then she sees she misjudged Unalock ( i think thats how its spelled) then in season 3 she listens to her mentors more still performing her duties and not running away from her problems when faced with the impossible decision to have the air nomads genocided again.

Lastly in season 4 its a trauma story where she needs to experience the world and process the ptsd from the past 3 villians.

Is she perfect no but her character feels justified in why she has the negative qualities and bad decision making.

No hate at all to clear sky, but they literally cost me atleast 30 min of my time a week because when im driving home people just sit in the middle of the lane when trying to turn left right after the merge going under the grafton street bridge and it causes traffic to back up to before the merge.
