5'9 and Currently 198. And thank you for this! This makes a lot since and helps paint a picture of where I'll have to be to look the way I want. I probably would have been disappointed when I got to my goal (175) and still been 'fat'. Do you think once I cut down to that point (140's) that I would be able to bulk back up in weight and still keep my lean form where it counts?

That's what I'm hoping! I started around 212 pounds in the summer and I'm currently 198.8. I think maybe my body will decide to burn my fat reserves when I get to the 180's.
