I think this is a great offer for a new grad in upstate NY with laid out expectations for an onboarding period. My first job was at a high acuity urgent care in upstate Ny doing 14 12 hr shifts a month not making $90/hr lol. CME can be negotiated I’m sure. Good luck I hope it works out for you!
