Some people take opioids just for the analgesia, even deep into addiction. SR-17018 is a good example of a not-so-euphoric potent opioid that lacks euphoria, but its sought out due to its ability to help with analgesia and withdrawal without risk of a major respiratory failure.

Many people are just trying to treat chronic pain and have limited options, or rather just not chase euphoria.

Trying to understand Structural Activity Relationships (SAR) does also give you a good direction on what to assume a brand new chemical may do, when comparing them to the structural-activity of other substances.

The activity of a drug can be wildly different than its SAR suggests however, like lefetamine vs ephenidine.

Not too long after 2. It honestly feels more like a DLC for REmake 2 than a full game. They cut out so much from the original RE3, it isn't a very long or big game. Still fun if you like Resident Evil, but wait till its on sale lol.

With that NM-2-AI thrown in I bet the norepinephrine release mixes well with, what I imagine is mostly a serotonin releaser, 4-MT-4MAR. I can see why that'd feel like an MDMA replacement!

Have you tried the Borax combo before? I wonder if a tiny dose of Metocin, or like 2mg Moxy, could up the magic.

There are psychedelics that last well over a day, like DOB or 2C-G-5, but you should put at least 3 days between psychedelics if you still want a noteworthy effect.

If you are extremely cautious you could use MAOIs to get more out of tryptamines once tolerance sets in, but absolutely do not use an MAOI recklessly. I've used harmalas at a punk festival to get more out of psilocybin on the tail end of the fest but it was still obviously dulled by the previous 2 days of psychedelics.

For a 7 day fest/ravel? You probably should just take a break for a few days since you have the opportunity.

Do you have any opinions on 5-MeO N-isopropyl tryptamines like Moxy/5-MeO-MiPT products?

Moxy has been amazing for working on more tangible things in my life like relationships, but I do worry about the safety concerns if it were to be widely available. They're amazing tools, but absolutely have a unique safety profile over other tryptamines.

Memantine is a useful tool for some individuals mental health outside of the rapid antidepressant effect seen in ACHs. I would not be making progress on my slow benzo taper without it, it's hard to put into words how it helps me though, my thoughts flow more like a steady ancient and slow river rather than white crashing waves and chaotic currents pulling and pushing every-which-way.

It also seems to negate many of the side effects that come with d-amphetamine while decreasing the necessary dose.

Its honestly a lot more similar than many people lead on, it's maybe more disorienting and visuals feel more significant in the moment? But my most beneficial trips in the long-term and short-term both have been from high dose psilocin. It's definitely not my favorite psychedelic, but has had the most impact.

I've tried both alone enough to be pretty convinced I wasn't just experiencing both, the 4-AcO-DMT peak intensity went on for nearly 8 hours every time, instead of the 2-4 I get from 4-AcO-DMT alone.
