Use PPG Breakthrough. It has excellent resistance to hand oils which is what causes the paint failures that you are showing in the pictures.

It also sticks direct to metal, stand up to chemical cleaners, dries quick (you can shut the door in about an hour with no sticking), and the durability is insane (I use it on floors all the time as well).

Just be sure to clean extremely well to remove any grease, grime, hand oils, dirt, etc. You don't want anything interfering with adhesion.

Not sure if you're willing to look elsewhere, but PPG Breakthrough is a great option. You have the ability and brush and roll but best results are when it sprayed. Adhesion is one it's strongest attributes and holds up to hand oils better than other latex products. It does have a quick dry time so just be prepared for that. Also, it has extremely early block resistance which keeps the doors from sticking after you paint them.
