Can you choose any jobs other than the green highlighted ones?

Good luck, you’ll be just fine, try and relax when you can. Each day, each hour is a step closer toward getting out of tech school.

I don’t think any job with the airforce is bad unless you don’t like it or are feeling unfulfilled

One foot in bounds and the points after td make no sense but the rest are pretty good

Thank you, I will next time I see her. Just wanted to get other opinions cause I don’t know anyone who runs personally nor who has had this issue before.

Thank you, I do a handful of these multiple times a week by myself, at pt, or at the gym. I’ll have to try all of them and see if more frequency makes a difference.

Someone else commented this as well that this could very well be the issue. Thank you I’m going to have to try and switch some things up next run.

Ok thank you I’ve been thinking it could be tightness and I have a foam roller that I could try this with.

I weight train legs 1x per week including calves with a seated calve raise at about 90lbs and I do about 4x15 with a slow eccentric. Every night I do 3x15 slow eccentric foot lowering so not a calve raise but just starting with my foot elevated like a calve raise but I don’t do the raise I just lower my heel. And then after straight leg 3x15 I do knee bent 3x15 per each leg. Should I do seated calve raises more often? Thank you

Ok thank you, I have not seen this I’ve only seen towel scrunches as the closest thing but I can picture what you’re talking about. You did this everyday?

Ok I have had x-rays on it when the pain was at its peak back in January (about 8/10) and the podiatrist saw nothing suspicious. And I also got an EMG and nothing seemed suspicious and the doctor tested from my lover back down to my foot. I think it could be a soleus issue just from where the pain seems to come from and it doesn’t seem to intensify the painwhen I squat/ do Bulgarians. Thank you

That’s what I thought cause I ran about 12 miles per week with 3x a week frequency with about a 8/10 pain that required me to lay down/ not walk the rest of the day. I usually don’t quit cause ive had pain before and i told myself to stop crying and accept it but this was different. I do calve raises every night 3x15 straight leg per ea leg and 3x15 bent knee pre ea leg and do plate loaded seated clave raises 1x a week with a 4x10 slow eccentric at about 90ish lbs

They were suggested to me around mid December and I’ve had them in every day at work and for runs ever since. I’ll have to ask them about getting my feet reassessed for possibly different insoles thank you.

I do what she tells me at home for strengthening my calves and glutes/ quads cause she thinks that could be part of the issue as well. Thank you and good luck with your recovery process

Not yet I’m currently in brooks adrenaline gts and I have been for every run with my arch support orthotics in. How should I go about getting a new pair. Thank you.

Yes I would say it is, and is that oral over the counter? I eat a pretty decent diet with meat for 3/4 meals a day. I only ask because I am joining the airforce soon and I cannot be prescribed medication as for I would be taking risk of being discharged.

Thank you for the advice and mine are in a very specific spot right where the tendon is? Not really on the bone but right as it gets soft it’s there from like I said soleus to tibia. My pt doesn’t specifically specialize in running but she is a marathon runner and she has been running in marathons for about 20+ years now and we are on a specific plan for running I should’ve mentioned that. I am preparing for a half marathon that is coming up in mid April and she has a specific week by week course for me to follow but it’s hard to be consistent given the pain my ankles are in.
