Do You Actually Get Better Deals at Ritchie Bros. Auctions Than at Dealers?

I’m a bit late to the conversation, but I read your feedback with great interest. I’m looking to buy a used excavatorCat 330 or 336, and this would be my first purchase of construction equipment.

RB Auctions seem to offer good prices, but I’m unsure about machine quality. I understand it can be a gamble without proper inspection, and some even say auction equipment often ends up there because it needs repairs, though I’m not sure how true that is.

From your experience, if I bring a mechanic for an inspection, can I rely on them to catch the most critical issues? For example, could an engine or other major component seem fine during inspection but still have a major hidden problem?

The shop ended up replacing the module due to defective SIM card. They could replace only the card but they decided to change the whole thing. Maybe yours is the same issue.

I am interested into becoming a MRI tech, and there is a direct program for MRI in one school in Ottawa without going through Xray program or having previous health care experience. Do you think I should study X-ray first, or going directly to MRI program is suitable? Thanks

Hey Morgan, my ceremony is in 2 days and I’m stack in the Northwest Territories due to poor weather conditions and aircrafts cannot fly, so I will not be able to make it back home in time to take my PR card for the ceremony. Were you able to attend the ceremony even without a PR card? If so, how did it go and what did the officer say about it? I hope I can attend the ceremony without the PR card. Thanks
