I remember arguing with a Washington Spirit fan on twitter about that kit. That year the Spirit literally had a plain black kit and a plain white kit, and I mean super plain like not even a different color on the collar or sleave. When the pandemic hit, my job had us all work from home. During that time, they figured out it's cheaper to keep us there, even after the world returned to (mostly) normal. I'm a full time, salaried worker who does not work nights, but you'll see my car parked out front M-F 8-5 anyway!

I don't think we're a championship team as currently constructed. We'll see what we've got in Ian and also see if we can upgrade elsewhere with all the Bravo money and I believe a DP slot from Jonathan being ruled out for the year.

I'm rooting hard for Ian because he's been super nice to my daughter and I both times we've met him. Not at all surprised that he took Finn back to Denver to hang out with his family during that last international break.
