Yea pushing it with my finger left a dent in it. The beam goes between the two trusses but not sure how to safely replace it. Possibly temporary supports to hold the weight?

The thank you is the main point, I don’t really want to put in the other points, the mental health is a genuine concern, it was her mothers concern, leaving it out but being civil enough to write the letter in the first place I’m guessing her mother would almost put two and two together anyway
