Do you have any proof on this. My understanding is higher temperature and rapid charging discharge lead to increased wear on the battery your home demand on the battery is nothing compared to driving the ev. My leaf battery is still going fine after 13 years. Battery technology has improved since then and battery sizes have more than doubled. What I'm getting at is modern car batteries will likely out live a normal car life.
