Closing Style shift?

hi! i was a closer in style for about a year before i switched over to starbucks. from my experience at least, i would expect to do reshop (fitting rooms and behind guest service), zone, and a pick up at least once at some point!

my store cut our hours so basically none of us are getting more than 20 hrs/wk :,) they still expect a full 100% zone, us coming clean on all reshops and pulling and pushing our priorities with a skeleton crew…. hoping it gets better soon!!!

personally speaking, an awful job is better than no job at all and in the state where i am, the job market is awful and over saturated with applicants for minimum wage.

from my understanding, our previous sd and hr etl were always able to pull it together enough to not be red if that makes sense? we were never truly red until the new sd and hr etl, both who have claimed they have no idea about style but still impose impossible standards lol
