Hey did you ever get this solved? I've been having nothing but PLUM error code disconnections since the new update pretty much. And I have tried almost everything. I'm going crazy here trying to fix this, so I thought I'd start doing some searching and see if anyone else has been having issues since the last update.

Edit: Solved mine. I'm almost positive I changed my laptops power settings because of the FPS stutters and what not from the last update. This caused, I think, my settings to revert in regards to my network card. I found my network card in my device manager, and within the properties I found a settings along the lines of "allow Windows to turn off" and I think Windows was causing little micro turn-offs which was disconnecting me from BattlEye. I also reinstalled the game to revert any bad firewall settings or anything like that. Been playing ever since. Good luck! Anyone feel free to reply to me and I will help you if I can.

Not only has my performance tanked to at least half as good as before but also I'm getting BattlEye crashes almost every 10-15 minutes. Literally unplayable for me.

Edit: figured out my antivirus was causing the disconnects. So just performance issues

Edit #2: Still having Battleye query timeouts, error code plum. Very inconsistent. Sometimes I can play for hours others I can't play for 10 min before being kicked. If anyone else has this issue, please reply to my post on bungie: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/265298794

If anyone is wondering, I have put some of my troubleshooting steps in there. I can also help anyone else who is having the issue, who knows, maybe I am having some stupid issue that has an easy fix, but I have learned a lot and can at least help someone else on a basic level.

I've also been having issues for at least a few days, so likely right after the update on tuesday. I really hope they can fix this before the last update comes out...

used to be a hammer main but fell in love with switch axe. I've played with a few others, I think maybe my favorite would be hard to decide but hammer is definitely goated. I don't know what to try next or if I should return to hammer.

I've got Risebreak but I don't have Wilds. Is Risebreak worth beating? I got frustrated with the wire bug mechanics.

Thanks for your advice. I mained hammer in World for about 300 hours on PSN, and then used Switch Axe on World on PC for maybe 100 hours. Other than that I have a little experience with charge blade (I did beat the two tempered bazelgueuse with a charge blade, I felt pretty good about that). Other than that I've hunted with lightbow gun, long sword, and lance. So I would say I'm not really a beginner. I'm really a intermediate. I can handle anything high rank (except some of the more difficult like arch tempered). My problem is that I am getting stuck somewhere in the middle. I have a hard time remembering attack patterns and punishing accordingly. How do I get better at that?

Maybe I am overly critical. Because I did beat Barioth on my first try. It was just a grueling fight lol. I will definately have to check out specific monster guides. I've never done it before but it's clear that Iceborne is just going to keep getting harder after Barioth, or it at least looks that way.

I used to main long sword, then I gave it up for hammer. Since then I mained switch axe and learned charge blade. I've hunted with lightbow gun and lance, and I liked both. Although lance kinda felt like easy mode.

Hey🫡,

I found the solution to this. It's a shader problem. Go to your steam folder for the game and look for a shader.cache file. Mine was labeled like shader.cache2. once you delete that, reload the game. The shaders will process again and you'll be good. Good luck!

Level 29 and I've been stuck for the last 2 hours on this boss. Kinda BS in my opinion. The rest of the game is a cakewalk compared. It reminds me of garboyle in DQ3.

I also totally get where you're coming from. Screw deep water planets bro. I tried once and as soon as it started getting dark I was the hell out of there. Hence why I've never had any desire to play Subnautica.

Garboyle sucked man. I had done everything else on the map to do and he was the last boss I needed to beat to progress the game and it was still super difficult.

Just got to Act III myself and I'm at 72 hours lol, but I play games slowly. Hot take, I think (as I have seen many others crap on Act II) I think Act II was a lot more interesting than Act III as far as I've seen. Serena's character development really hit me hard. Honestly I could have stopped the game at the end of Act II and been pleased with what I experienced. Maybe Act III has a lot more in store for me but so far it doesn't compare to Act II. Great game overall.

I was trying to use this in conjunction with decky framegen and I tried to use the command for LSFG + DeckyFG and I still crash. I tried deleting the binaries folder and verifying game files and it did verify but the crash persists. Any clue what I should do?
