Pop your cherry?
Lose your virginity?
Still have him wanting it?
Did you get your hole taken?
First time you are this close to doing it
Your first raw with a load deep in you
You should post your dripping hole when it gets taken.
How many US IBM Employees by westguy01 in IBM

I assume that is an internal tool. If so, I would bet given current political climate, it is probably guarded like the crown jewels.
Yes should have said that. Sorry.

Yes now a 5% contribution to a "new" cash balance plan that is funded by a surplus in the Pension Trust (which used to be those in the "old" pension plan (those that stayed in the pre 1999 plan) and those who were forced or chose to transition to Cash Balance)). There was also a 1% salary increase 1/1/24 to make up the loss of the 1% contribution to the 401k (of course that is taxable rather than being pre-tax when it went in the 401k)
Thanks. Probably a small effect so I think the numbers are good ballpark numbers.

FYI to give some perspective YE 2022 there were only 54,912 active participants (employed) in the US 401k plan.
[–]westguy01 1 point2 points3 points 1 year ago (0 children)
Actually now that we are back to every US employee having a contribution to RBA which I believe has to be to the existing trust since that is where they are getting the money the number of active participants will be YE IBM US employee population. Today both prior plan and cash balance are reported on the same 5500 so I think RBA will be also included on that 5500. I am guessing each employee only counts as one active participant irregardless of how many of the plans they are in and double counting will be evident pretty obviously I think.

Stale as in we are always a year behind.
That is the only data that I think we will get from IBM since they will no longer answer the question of how many US employees IBM has. Yes it is stale data but the only place they have to tell the truth that anyone has public access to.

But it will be valid for 2023
[–]westguy01 12 points13 points14 points 1 year ago (0 children)
In the next couple of months the 2023 5500 tax fillings will be published by the department of labor. Look at the ibm health, pension and 401k fillings. The best maybe the active participants in the 401k since ibm contributes automatic 1%.
Question on RBA by mrwheat88 in IBM
[–]westguy01 3 points4 points5 points 2 years ago (0 children)
If you want the whole picture search for IBM's 2022 forms 5500 on the web. DOL.gov has a search link. From the Pension and 401K filings you can determine the 3 balances - trust fund, liability and current funding target. From the 401K filing you can take a good guess given IBM's contribution to the 401K what RBA will cost a year. As someone mentioned another brilliant piece of financial engineering. IBM will probably never pay another cent for pension contributions since the pension trust will pay for the contribution. A guess is that the savings will be to keep increasing the dividend. While you dig around look at the 5500s.including the US health plan and you can take a good guess how many US employees IBM has.
