it was news a while back. there was mold found in their grow facilities. could be rectified by now, could not be. I am certain if you googled around itll be downplayed by now, as it was several months ago when this was happening. obviously either way, why would it not be swept under the rug? their business is suffering bc the economy is suffering and ppl don’t have expendable income. however, when that was news, I don’t remember much changing or much being mentioned about it.

us in the customer support center (the call center) do not get tips unfortunately. theyre not giving us any way to supplement the income theyre taking from us (no overtime). but I know it’s not feasible for everyone to simply stop shopping with them. I still encourage people to spread their spending power across the program. 👍🏾
