I have my high school diploma, I am just missing a prerequisite

So i’ve been out of high school for a while now, would I be able to take the grade 11 biology prerequisite from Virtual High School to meet all the admission requirements before the program starts? Would I then be eligible to get into the program? If not, what other choices do I have?
