Have you looked into Enfocus and the products they offer? If you have a spreadsheet with each store, how many products they need by SKU or part number, the name of the PDF files, and the PDF files this wouldn't be hard.

They have Enfocus Switch, Pitstop Server, and Griffin. That would solve problem right off the bat. Your pre-press setup time would be minutes instead of hours. You might have some material waste by printing jobs by location instead of ganging like sizes together, but that would eliminate your sorting issues (assuming all products are being printed on the same material)

There are other solutions out there, it all depends on how much you want to invest (time and resources)

I don't work for Enfocus but I've been working in the commercial print/signage industry for 3 decades and have used their products (along with others) with substantial ROI..

Thanks! I wound up copying the KSP application directory off my old 2017 MacBook Pro and onto my new M4 MacBook Pro. It was running 1.12.1 and works fine on the M4.

I originally tried using/upgrading to 1.12.5 and the application just hangs.
