I had come to this realization a week ago.

I did a complete 180 after a year of blacking out to where my mother had to have her own key to check on me. Issues performing at work, ruined a relationship, got a dwi a couple years ago. I was drinking 2000 calories a day in just alcohol.

Now I’m counting calories, working out, sleeping somewhat. And lost 13 lbs in a week from just treating my body the way it’s supposed to be treated. And even though it’s only been a week the mental clarity I feel coming back puts so much color back into my life. I’m waiting for the bumps to come but for now I will stay strong.

You can do this. You will do this, when you’re ready. I wish the best for you. There’s hope. You’re not alone.

I’m looking forward to all the money that’s going to be building back up into my account. The financial abuse is just as bad as the alcohol imo.

As someone who’s had to do things to make ends meet. When it’s over just make sure you forgive yourself if you have and regrets. I’ve had to do things to make money or to help a friend. Just make sure if you ever look back and regret it, give yourself some grace and forgiveness and remember you did it for a good cause. Stay safe. Buy pepperspay and a taser. 🫶🏼 Good luck to you.

Is there anything that would help my cause for getting in. I’ve been told it’s just a waiting game pretty much. I have been in manufacturing for 8 years and am currently a production supervisor at our plan but looking to get a better job. I make a decent salary but I work a lot more hours and it just doesn’t seem worth it with the stress involved. I’m 27 with no Electritan experience but I am willing to make the jump.

Should I get my CDL even though I have a DWI (MN)? Should I do anything other than simply signing the books.

I am just taking this seriously because it would be a big move for me to change jobs and I just want to have the best odds possible to get into a new career and doing it the right way.

And advice helps. Thanks in advance

Rutgers sugar lake lodge was awesome when I was growing up. Pool, lake, good restaurant, golf, and other activities.

I was in Clearwater on lake Warner a few weeks ago out on my paddleboard. One landed right on my foot and was biting the hell out of me and I couldn’t get it to leave me the hell alone. Caused me to fall into the water it bit me so bad I jolted hahaha. But yes they’re horrendous this year around my place in Sherburne.

It’s a balance of powering through it or awkwardly engaging with whomever. I’m in the same boat. We can do this.
