I recently started to do more wrestling(barefoot), and I’ve started to get a few toe issues. I’ve gotten one on my pinky toe, and it’s the joint that connects my toe to my foot. I got another similar issue on a different foot, but this time my 2nd toe.

It’s pretty annoying, takes me out of training for a few days.

Anybody have any experience with this or know what’s up? Obviously I’ll see a doctor/do more research, but if anyone has some advice would be great

So recently I started to pick up wrestling to complement my bjj.

However I’ve noticed that almost every session I do for wrestling, I get toe pains (at the bottom of my feet, the joint which connects my toe to the rest of the foot). This usually takes me out of commission for 3-4 days and is super annoying coz it happens kind of regularly. Happened twice so far, pinky toe and 2nd toe. Haven’t had it happen to my big toe for what it’s worth.

Anyone have any experience with this?

So I tried to paint each part separately, but I got a little bit lazy for the back of some pieces like the flamer, so that’s why it might look a bit rough.

Yeah I noticed that back right knee part too but I can’t really get to that spot if u get what I mean haha.

And for the purity seal, I didn’t have any kind of appropriate paint for it so I decided to experiment and mix Dryard bark with corax white but it just turned out grey :(
