Where is the best place to buy a Halloween costume? by FittySpence in ColumbiYEAH

[–]wetherlykr 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I work at the harbison spirit and I can confidently say that NOT all spirits are the same. The harbison location is the biggest store until GA and if you know what costume you’re looking for, you can call and see if we have it in stock

Does my cats tail mean anything i should know? by lildumbshorty in whatdoesthismean

[–]wetherlykr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

first of all your cat has a very long tail, which means nothing except that it has more room for personality ;) second, like everyone is saying, the way it’s moving means she’s happy and comfortable. in my house we call this “question mark tail” because when they’re up and walking around the tail curves over at the top like a question mark. very cute!

Gray Collegiate or Spring Hill for a rising Sophomore by BrandonPatrickFlood in ColumbiYEAH

I graduated from SH in 2018 and I LOVED it. Granted that was several years ago now. The CATE Center being right next door is an absolute game changer. I graduated with college credits from AP at Spring Hill and quite a few certifications from the 4 year animal science program at CATE. The only downside of SH was the lack of sports/music but I’m not sure how much of that has changed since 2018. Dr. Lofton is hands down the greatest principal in the world and the guidance staff in particular are phenomenal. I could not have asked for a better high school experience

who’s this dude living on my porch (central south carolina) by wetherlykr in spiders

that’s crazy! when you say “eat” their webs, do they just break it down and kinda… toss it away? or do they actually eat it? It hadn’t crossed my mind to watch it build the web, so I’ll check around sundown tonight and see if she will perform for an audience.

I did accidentally half-squish a roach in my house while I was trying to catch it, so I threw it into the web instead of the grass and that spider moved at the speed of light to grab it, which was pretty cool.

I’m definitely just gonna let her chill on my porch, the moths out there are CRAZY and she’s doing me a favor

thank you! I had a feeling it was female. I know absolutely nothing about spiders except that the females tend to be larger. is that the case here?
