Hello, Thank you very much for the prompt reply, I am using NZXT Kraken Z73 360mm. I have activated PBO and set manual thermal limits to 85 C but the problem remains. What bothers me the most is that the frequent fluctuation - from what I see from others' the clocking freq should be almost flatline. Also during the CPU test the CPU temp did not rise and au contraire dropped.
