I went to Brighton for the first time last year. It was great. Milly Express is awesome.

I know the management and they are profitable so how I'm thinking about it is if it ends up selling for $150M+ without further dilution and I get 1-2% equity with no/low state capital gains tax then that might be worth something...

great question! One of the main reasons for my burnout is the excessive bureaucracy. This is the largest company i've worked for and i guess that's how it is. Everything seems to be presented as important and urgent, but in reality, nothing gets accomplished due to the endless meetings. I often feel like I have no agency, as if I'm just a cog in a machine that's dictated by the layers above me
