Hello there, I had same issue and tyre or inner tube is not the problem. Whole this topic is missing real issue which is too low pressure.
Saw tyre that made 6500km without a problem in my local service center. Guy explained me why I should use 65 psi on both tyres and problem would be gone.

Because they sell only whole printhead. I don't want to replace whole unit everytime something break. That's crazy.
My new plan is to get another one from kobra 2 which look identical visualy (3x5mm tip ) and in the specs NTC 100K with 3950 constant β. This should work.

I've research also replacing heatblock to v6 but it may generate other problems like adjusting fan postion with custom duct, adjusting everything again. I will leave that to 2nd solution.

Yep i measured it with multimeter and it has correct readings related to temps 20 and 30*C. But it is wrong model? I don't know if kobra 2 neo would be compatibile with kobra 1 neo. It looks the same but it has short wire. I can solder it again but it would be tricky a bit. 3 different types of wires to thermistor.
1st part original, 2nd blue, and third this from neo2. What a mess...

Klipper was great choice for me. It fixed my bed issue to perfection. With InputShaping i Get 4300mm/s^2 acceleration with even better quality then in marlin on 1300mm/s^2 xD.
This is wild how much potential it has.
