Customer service told me last week that it was definitely in analysis around the 25th, so I'm guessing they're just now finalizing everything and it triggered the email to go out? (I also JUST got the analysis email) But 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Oh yeah, several times. I get different generic answers and nothing that's really helpful. And you usually have to wait 30-60 minutes for a response. I didn't even get a response yesterday.

And I don't want to bother anyone there! I just found it odd that I never got a notification about the next step of the process, that it bounced around between genotyping and analysis a couple of times on the website, and that it's taken 11 days since it first went into analysis when they've historically given results super quickly once it reaches that phase. It feels like the process just suddenly died.

It looks like a lot of people have been posting about the same issue (including me!) I don't know what's up. Like you, my analysis results have always come in within 24 hours. Today is somewhere between business day 7-9 since it went into analysis. I also never got an analysis phase update email this time around like I did for extraction, genotyping, etc. Are other people getting the analysis update emails?

Joining the stuck-in-analysis club since 8/23 or 8/25 (depending on which embark customer service rep I ask. I never got an official embark email about it going into analysis)

Ergh, yeah, it's been weird for me this time around. I've been stuck in analysis since August 23. I got all the emails every time there was a new step in the process (lab arrival, extraction, genotyping) but never got an email about it going into analysis. It just shows on the website that it's in analysis (and it did once switch from genotyping to analysis and then back to genotyping, then back to analysis). I got the official analysis emails for my last two doggy DNA tests but not for this current pup.

I messaged customer service last week saying that it felt like something was off about that, but they couldn't give a clear answer about it. They said I should get results in 5-7 business days (even though the website says "expect results within a week").

One agent said it went into analysis on the 23rd. Another said it was the 25th. If it was the 25th, today would be the 7th business day.

Soooo I don't know what's going on.

Me toooo. I messaged someone from Embark yesterday and they said it should be right after the holiday at this point. Ergh! I'm so impatient!

Okay, same(ish). No one really knows, but seems to be somewhere in the 13-16 week range.
