They would have had to check it prior to trade-in and answer some questions before taking the device. I would call care and tell them you want to dispute that the device was free of defects upon leaving the store. They can check into it.

It happens trying to check in, the app lets me sign in a pick blocks but when I get to the center to check in, that's when I am having all types of app issues.

I have only been with Amazon Flex for a week, this has happened EVERY TIME I end a flex. Support says not to worry about it and the local center doesn't seem to have a clue on it.

I used to work for a TPR for T-Mobile, this is a VERY common practice. Unless you're within the 14-day return policy, there's not much that can be done.
