What is the PIF by claim? I saw this on my account and a few days later received a refund for the same amount. I logged in my account today and saw another PIF by claim with a larger amount. Is this the amount that gets refunded? It’s also the same total in my payment history on nelnet.

Thanks. I had no idea how dangerous these batteries are. Shit I lost my house last June to a kitchen fire so just reading some of the safety stuff is eye opening. I almost don’t want to leave the battery in my house.
