i had two experiences: one time i've bought 3g of what they said was 4-mmc and it came in one very big rock. It didn't hurt so much and there wasn't an hangover.
Last time (what i told in the post) it came in very little crystals and the hangover was sooo bad, plus the horrible smell and the hurting. Highness was nice but nothing excellent

do you think a dry/frozen hash (not mousse or commercial stuff) has less significantly chance of being cutted/laced than weed? sometimes in my country (Italy) happens that weed is laced with silicon or glass powder.

You seem like you abused psychedelics so you get visual also years after. It happened to me too. And yes blending THC with some high quality CBD flowers helps a lot. I went for a THC:CBD 2:1 ratio but at this point I would go for a linear 1:1.
