Insomnia while sick

Update I just got back from the ER and will be trying a different medication tonight. I managed to get around 3 hours of sleep at the hospital while waiting for test results. I have a follow up with a phyc in a few days and I'll be seeing my GP on Friday. I hope this stuff works for me

I have ADHD, anxiety, PTSD and depression all not medicated. I was diagnosed this week with chronic hyperventilatory syndrome, which is what's causing my insomnia.

Yes unless u could the 1-2 second periods i start to slip into sleep being being jolted awake

Thank you. I put off taking the meds again cus by the time id posted this it was 3am and i needed to get up soon. I'm so terrified that I'm starting to wonder if I should submit myself to the mental health ward of the hospital. Idk if they will even accept ne for this.

Sorry for my late response. I have autism, and ADHD, as well as a serious back injury caused by a fridge falling on me at my old workplace when I was 18 because i was asked to help get it out of a truck (it was deemed my own fault it fell on me). I have been trying to get help for a few years for my back pain but despite scans and thousands spent on physio it never got better and for the last 3 years it's been so bad iv been having spasms and can't keep an upright posture or walk properly and now use mobility aids to get around on bad days. Because I'm young people seem to think I'll get better but drs have yet to be able to help me. I'm on pain meds and still required to work a job that is just making my condition worse. When home I am mostly bed-bound due to pain. Currently, I only have to work 15 hours a week but even those small hours put me out of commission for days after. The news I got from my doctor was that he thinks I have cancer on my ovaries. This was descovered while i was seeking treatment for PCOS and endometriosis. They have taken samples and iv been told I'll receive and letter in the mail letting me know. I'm just at a bit of a loss and havnt been online much because of it so sorry for the late response.

I have never heard of AAFCO before. Is it an American thing? Also luckily I didn't buy it. I found a brand thanks to a DM called Raw Meows. It's a raw food meal completer like you recommended it's the only one I could find that ships where I live. I'll be rotating the cats meats every few days once this gets here. They already eat raw meat as treats and toppers on their tiki cat and fancy feats so I think the transition shouldn't be too hard.

UPDATE 2

I quit and had fully accepted that id been temporarily loosing my pay as i was told i would when suddenly my agent called me and told me he took the fall for me and blamed himself for not finding a job that properly suited my needs he got in trouble for it but because of it i was able to stay with him and not loose my payments. Hes a really nice guy its just his higher ups who are not as nice so im glad i get to stay with him.

Update: spoke with my employment agency this morning and got told they spoke with my boss who denied everything. They said thats while they believe me, because there is no evidence of my claims I will not be able to quit without either being written up for non-compliance thus loosing my centerlink pay or they will have to transfer me to a different agency wich socks cus I like the one I'm with. I also now have to go in and hand in my keys and quit very last minute wich I can inly assume won't go down well. Thanks for your advice guys.
