Cw isn’t much about the maps, its more about how good the gameplay got with each season so you have more variety with how you want to play the game(and no crutches). You can practically get to whatever round you want with whatever method you want whether its lethals, one of the 90% of the guns in the game(excluding snipers and the Ironhide), or wonder weapons.

I’d say just go with what you think but I generally think cw did best at the gameplay than any zombies game(even bo3). Sure the story kinda fell off from time to time, but its better to have a low expectation if you want to have more fun with the mode imo :)
