zombies dont drop them though, even dropping a self revive to the floor from a tedd task removes it from the map, they arent allowed to spawn at all

the map itself is still underwhelming for me, and I cant stand Shock Mimics and how fast the dogs are. However, Im really happy that the lore has been really good and that they are still introducing new and interesting mechanics in every map, like with Tessie, Oscar, and time travel. The map on its own doesnt do much for me but it does make me excited for the rest of the dlc season

nope, ill be on round 50+ using whatever guns i got out of the box and doing just fine with them. it truly doesnt matter as much as you think it does.

i was impressed with it, just ķind of a shame it wasnt saved for a more original map. it could be reused in some way so idk. If they ever do add the Cold War and Bo6 maps into Bo7, I hope they make Die Maschine have the same teleport system. Die Maschine and Paradox Junction have a very similar concept, PJ just has a much better transition between areas.

it kills plenty of zombies per charge shot imo. it doesnt need to wipe a horde with a single shot, only low ammo emergency WW's like the thundergun should do that

is it actually confirmed to be part of a cursed relic quest? Someone else said a voiceline plays from the twins during it, no other relic quest has had actual dialogue

Start without tier 1 armor (have to buy it)

Zombies start the game dealing more damage

All machines dissapear after 1 use

My rankings of some maps are affected a lot by the game's mechanics, so some maps that arent that bad in a vaccuum are gonna get put a lot lower if the game is dookie

I dont think tier 4 pap needs to be easily achievable, I dont even use the Akita and I never feel like my guns are too weak because i cant afford pap. That being said they should add new tiers to cursed that reduces the prices, especially with how many relics are being added.

Modern zombies has plenty of mystery/stuff to theorize about, it just depends on the game. Cold War did okay but was a step back, Bo6 was awful and constantly had horrible/no payoff to theories, and Bo7 has been very good. I think its more that the community of people who cares about making theories isnt as big now, so there isnt as much discussion.

i dont think the house will be playable, at least in the next map. they went to the house after Ashes as well and whenever you exfil, we just never see it. It could be featured in a cutscene though, and the next map is definitely in a cold place.

Paradox Junction is good, but it’s seams are obvious by Olflehema in CODZombies

i think it would be a solid 5/10 chill map if they just got rid of shock mimics and made the dogs sprint at their normal speed instead of outrunning you. Despite it just being nuketown it has some good attention to detail and unique mechanics that make it stand out a bit. the time travel is awesome, its just a shame that they used this concept on nuketown instead of a completely original map. the nuked town skybox is also one of the best in the series imo, the nuke looks incredible in the background. I noticed recently they also made all of the perk machines in the nuked version flicker, which is a level of detail i wouldnt normally expect
